We provide professional dog waste removal for residential yards and commercial areas on a recurring schedule. We also provide one-time scoops!
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you don’t need to be present. Our service is designed to be discreet and seamless.
What happens after I sign up?
Once enrolled, you will be notified of your start date, and your re-occurring service is scheduled automatically. We arrive on your service day, complete the cleanup to standard, and your yard stays maintained week after week—no follow-ups required.
How do you handle gates and pets?
We follow your clear access instructions and always secure gates before and after service. We will send you a photo of your locked gate after each visit.
Pets must be safely contained indoors during visits.
How is billing handled?
Billing is automatic and recurring on the first of each month for your convenience.
What if I need to pause or cancel my service?
You can pause or cancel your service with advance notice of one week. If you cancel within a week of your next service, you may be charged a $40 fee to make up for the late schedule change on our end. We aim to keep things straightforward.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your service with advance notice of one week. We keep changes simple and flexible.
How does your Initial Scoop price work?
The initial scoop is a one-time deep cleanup that resets your yard, and sets the foundation for flawless weekly service.
Initial service begins at $50 for the first 30 minutes.
Any additional time required is billed at $1 per minute.
Once completed, your yard stays consistently clean with a lower, predictable weekly rate.
