For first-time clients, we perform a comprehensive initial cleanup, restoring your yard to a clean, sanitary baseline.
Consistent Scheduled Service
Your yard will then be maintained on the selected schedule—weekly, bi-weekly, or as requested—ensuring your yard stays fresh, safe, and enjoyable.
Ongoing Communication
We provide updates, reminders, and notes about your yard as needed, so you’re always informed without lifting a finger.

From day one, you can enjoy your outdoor space without worry—every visit is handled discreetly, professionally, and to our premium standards.

Initial Cleaning Explanation – Our initial service includes a comprehensive cleanup to remove all existing waste and reset your yard to our maintenance standard. This visit requires additional time and resources, which is why it is priced separately from ongoing service.
Initial Cleaning Price – $50 / first 30 minutes, plus $1 for every minute after the first half hour.
Clients are billed once per month in advance for all scheduled visits.
Service bundles can be purchased in 6 months in advance to get %15 off.
